Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Assignment Management team for employee assignments - Ensure compliance in pre, during, and post-assignment phases - Collaborate with HRBPs and HR leaders for process alignment - Manage local contracts for former assignees - Allocate resources and tasks to team members - Develop and implement HR policies for global assignments - Lead cross-regional and cross-departmental HR projects
- 5+ years HR experience in multinational companies - Bachelor's or Master's in Business, HR, or Finance - Fluent in Japanese and English (business level) - Knowledge of compliance, HR processes, payroll, and tax regulations - Experience in global assignment management is preferred but not mandatory - Experience with HR software and AI applications - Strong project management skills - Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
