• - 10+ years in recruitment, including in-house and agency experience
• - 5+ years managing teams of 5 or more
• - Experience in global companies
• - Collaboration with HRBP and VP-level executives
• - Fluent in Japanese
• - Fluent in English
• - Experience with Tableau for data analysis
• - Experience in recruitment strategy development
