- Develop mid- to long-term hiring strategies

- Create annual and quarterly hiring plans
- Design and monitor recruitment KPIs
- Lead recruiting activities across various roles
- Collaborate with global offices for international hiring
- Use ATS and recruitment tools for sourcing candidates
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience in technical recruiting
- Experience with recruitment KPIs design and monitoring
- Experience in global recruitment and international hiring
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
