Our client, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking a Senior People Partner for their 15M Plant Management team.
This leadership role offers the chance to implement global People Strategy at a local level, providing strategic HR support and driving talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement global People Strategy at local level
- Advise leaders on people-related matters
- Lead annual HR cycle activities
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Monitor changes in local labor laws
- Facilitate internal mobility and development
- Collaborate with regional HR team on operations
- Analyze HR data for insights and decisions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years HR generalist experience in large international organizations
- Advanced knowledge of labor law, unionized environments experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
- Strong change management, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Experience with HR data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Workday) is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with global HR practices and compliance standards
