Key Responsibilities:
- Develop salary structures and bonus plans - Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys - Design and manage employee benefits programs - Negotiate with insurance brokers for optimal coverage - Lead and develop Total Rewards team - Implement compensation initiatives across the business - Lead annual benefit program review sessions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in compensation/benefits management - Fluent in English and Japanese (mandatory) - Deep understanding of compensation and benefits laws - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation - Experience with salary structures and incentive programs - Experience in negotiating with insurance brokers - Experience in team leadership and management
