Plant Financial Controller プラントファイナンシャルコントローラー - Manufacturing Finance (4 Days Remote)

Our client, a manufacturing company with a plant in Narita, Japan, is seeking a Plant Financial Controller to support the financial management of their site.

This role offers the opportunity to act as a key business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights and analysis to enhance operational performance and cost control. Enjoy the benefit of working from home four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and inventory performance
- Prepare financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide financial analysis to support operational decision-making
- Support financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Collaborate with plant management to improve cost efficiency

Qualifications:

- Experience in finance roles within manufacturing environment
- Understanding of plant finance, cost control, and inventory management
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Fluent Japanese and English
- 5+ years of experience in financial management
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory
