Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose solutions for organizational and talent issues - Support business strategy as a strategic partner for digital solutions - Advise department heads on HR matters and provide coaching - Design and implement onboarding and training programs - Manage labor risks and compliance issues proactively - Develop and implement talent management strategies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years HR experience in business environment - Experience with labor management and policy implementation - Fluent in English - Experience in stakeholder management and communication - Experience in organizational development and talent management - Experience as HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist
