業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- MSBUにおける意思決定のための財務分析の提供

- 利益成長のための財務リスクと機会の特定

- 差異分析を推進し、予測精度の向上

- プロセス改善および報告効率の促進

- Provide financial analysis for decision-making in MSBU

- Identify financial risks and opportunities for profit growth

- Drive variance analysis and improve forecast accuracy

- Promote process improvement and reporting efficiency

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- ファイナンス、ビジネスパートナーシップ、FP&Aにおける10年以上の経験（必須）

- ネイティブレベルの日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語（必須）

- Excel、財務モデリング、ERP（SAP、Oracleなど）の知識

- BIツール、AI、RPAの経験があれば尚可

- 製造業での経験があれば尚可

- 国際的な財務業務の経験があれば尚可

- 10+ years in finance, business partnering, and FP&A (mandatory)

- Native Japanese and Advanced Business Level English (mandatory)

- Familiarity with Excel, financial modeling, ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

- Experience with BI tools, AI, RPA is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with international finance operations is preferred but not mandatory
