Responsibilities

Support operations for PixelPaint and Atomizer systems.

PixelPaintやAtomizerシステムの運用をサポートする。

Address client and engineer inquiries with effective solutions.

顧客やエンジニアからの問い合わせに効果的なソリューションを提供する。

Conduct testing and on-site investigations to resolve issues.

テストを実施し、現場での調査を通じて問題を解決する。

Deliver customer training to prevent recurring problems.

再発防止のために顧客向けトレーニングを実施する。

Collaborate with global teams and suppliers for process improvements.

グローバルチームやサプライヤーと協力してプロセスの改善を図る。

Recommend and implement efficiency enhancements for products and workflows.

製品とワークフローの効率化を提案し、実行する。

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and technical meetings.

品質改善活動や技術会議に参加する。

Qualifications

Willingness to travel internationally.

海外出張が可能であること。

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、顧客志向であること。

Experience with robotic programming (Python or simulation preferred).

ロボティクスプログラミングの経験がある方（Pythonやシミュレーションの経験があれば尚可）。

Knowledge of automotive paint systems is a plus.

自動車塗装システムの知識があれば尚可。

Comfortable working in multinational teams.
