A dynamic AI product team within a fast-growing technology group is looking for a Tech Lead/Product Engineer to steer technical strategy for a high-impact product growth initiative.

This is a high-impact role where you will design and lead systems that directly influence user growth, monetization strategy, and product scalability. If you enjoy combining product thinking with strong engineering fundamentals, this opportunity offers both ownership and visibility.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS or large-scale products
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or senior engineering leader
  • Strong background with cloud platforms and container tech
  • Solid experience with backend technologies
  • High proficiency in system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating across teams and with stakeholders
  • Business-level English & Japanese proficiency
