Regional Director, Enterprise - IT Manufacturing Industry
We are looking for a Regional Director to lead the Enterprise Sales and Go-to-Market team in the IT Manufacturing sector. You will develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and drive regional growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and motivation to exceed targets.
- Solve customer challenges with the company’s digital solutions.
- Develop and execute business strategies with accurate sales forecasting.
- Act as an executive sponsor to key partners to create new business opportunities.
- Promote inclusivity and diversity within the team.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years in sales, with at least 5 years focused on manufacturing clients.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in selling to C-level executives.
- Strong network with current and potential clients.
- Understanding of client goals and how technology meets these needs.
- Skilled in strategic sales planning and securing new business.
