As a senior full-stack engineer with tech lead responsibility, you will
- Lead architecture design and technology selection across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
- Design and build cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Establish technical standards and ensure engineering quality across teams
- Mentor engineers through code reviews
- Collaborate closely with business teams and client engineers in an agile, English-first environment
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience leading engineering teams as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience
- Experience designing modern architectures
- Fluent English for collaboration in a multinational team
