We are looking for an experienced OPEX Procurement Manager for a leading company in the data center industry. This important role focuses on creating procurement strategies that meet company goals, emphasizing cost savings, compliance, and risk management. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in strategic sourcing and vendor management, ensuring smooth procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- - Lead cost-effective sourcing across various services and handle purchase requests efficiently.
- - Perform detailed cost analysis and benchmarking for all products and services.
- - Develop and implement procurement strategies that add value and align with company goals.
- - Negotiate competitive pricing and strong contract terms.
- - Ensure suppliers meet contract terms and performance standards.
- - Comply with procurement regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- - Stay informed on market trends, core materials, and best practices through market analysis.
- - Work with stakeholders to ensure procurement activities meet project timelines and budgets.
- - Participate in tender committees to improve tendering and project budgeting.
- - Oversee invoice processing and monthly supplier payments.
- - Manage the entire procurement lifecycle to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality deliveries.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or a related field.
- - At least 10 years of procurement experience, especially in direct and indirect purchasing. Experience in building maintenance and operations procurement is a plus.
