Account Manager (Farmer Sales) – Customer Onboarding & Engagement

We are partnering with a growing global SaaS company to hire an Account Manager focused on customer onboarding, engagement, and account growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships and driving value across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of products
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to drive retention
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Farmer Sales roles
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, onboarding strategies, and engagement best practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business-level Japanese and English (bilingual)
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
