Account Manager (Farmer Sales) – Customer Onboarding & Engagement

We are partnering with a growing global SaaS company to hire an Account Manager focused on customer onboarding, engagement, and account growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships and driving value across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of products
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their business goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to drive retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Farmer Sales roles
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, onboarding strategies, and engagement best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Business-level Japanese and English (bilingual)
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
