Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Hotel Manager for a major luxury property in Tokyo. Suitable candidates will have a strong background in Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.

This is a rare opportunity to work in English! Business-level Japanese ability is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Hotel Executive Team.
• Manage hotel operations.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager.
• Work with respective Department Heads to develop effective strategy and process improvements.
• Create a positive environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Hotel Manager in a large hotel (300+ rooms).
• Strong Rooms / Food & Beverage background.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience working in luxury environment; understanding of five-star hotels.
