​Trisha Pagador is a member of the Hotels and Hospitality recruitment team at Specialized Group.

Trisha brings an extensive international background and has been in Japan for 15 years. She also speaks Japanese fluently.

Before joining Specialized Group she worked for a major educational institution, teaching for a year before transitioning to a managerial role for nine years & overseeing the training of new instructors and managers. In her later roles, she focused on sales for new business clients. This experience helped her develop expertise in client relations and business development and inspired her recruitment career.
