We are looking for an experienced L2 IT Service Delivery Manager for our client in the insurance industry. You will lead a team that maintains and supports essential IT systems. Your main tasks include managing incidents, monitoring systems, and ensuring smooth operations. You will also work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver top-notch IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the L2 IT support team.
- Ensure quick resolution of IT issues.
- Monitor systems to keep them running well.
- Manage software updates and releases.
- Work with vendors and partners to improve services.
- Support IT service continuity and help with disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Keep detailed documentation and follow IT policies.
- Develop team skills and manage performance effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of IT experience, including leading teams and IT support.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and networking.
- Familiar with IT service management and support tools.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a technical team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- ITIL certification or similar IT service management credentials.
- Experience in a global or multi-site IT environment.
