Customer Success / Renewal IT Sales Associate Manager
Location: Hybrid | Language Requirements: Japanese & English
My client, a leading global IT SaaS company, is seeking a bilingual Sales professional fluent in Japanese and English to join their growing Customer Success team. This is a farmer-style sales role focused on client retention, renewals, onboarding, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering proactive and responsive support.
Manage contract renewals and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by understanding client needs and aligning them with additional solutions.
Support client onboarding and adoption of products to ensure they gain maximum value.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address client issues and optimize service delivery.
Provide insightful feedback to the product team to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and English is required.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using CRM platforms and project management tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
