We are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to join a leading company in the FMCG industry. You will connect business needs with IT solutions, ensuring they align with the company's goals. This role involves leading important IT projects that will transform the business and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in corporate IT, providing comprehensive support.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of US SOX requirements and ITIL-based process management.
- Skilled in IT service delivery, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in project management, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other IT tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and aligning stakeholder interests.
- Ability to influence outcomes and break down barriers.
