Key Responsibilities
- Work with HRBPs, hiring managers, and recruitment teams to manage job openings and choose the best recruitment channels.
- Oversee interviews and handle contracts and paperwork for new hires.
- Offer accurate advice to managers and staff about company policies.
- Help with employee requests related to maternity leave, absences, flexible work, and other HR issues.
- Manage employee records, HR systems, and payroll.
- Prepare documents for internal transfers, terminations, and job changes.
- Keep the training schedule updated and organize training sessions.
- Assist in running workshops with HRBP directors.
- Ensure clear communication about staff changes inside and outside the company.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information carefully.
