Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business leaders to improve company culture and team performance, aligning HR and business goals.
- Offer guidance on compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Develop and implement employee growth programs, performance reviews, and pay strategies with leadership.
- Promote diversity and inclusion, acting as a change leader to build an inclusive culture.
- Use HR data to identify trends and make strategic decisions that help the organization succeed.
- Engage in projects across departments, using HR knowledge to drive change and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR roles within international companies.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
