A respected financial services firm is seeking a skilled Institutional Business Client Services Specialist. You will work with a diverse institutional client base.
The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their career and build new skills in an international setting.
Responsibilities:
Work with institutional sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
Identify areas for service improvement.
Support in preparing and submitting RFIs and RFPs.
Provide assistance in liquidity sales as a secondary contact.
Deliver services that meet, and aim to exceed, client expectations.
Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships, contributing to client retention and business profitability.
Understand client business goals and demonstrate how the firm's products and investment solutions can meet their needs.
Coordinate with international colleagues.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the asset management industry
Experience with institutional clients (preferred).
Ability to operate effectively in a multinational / matrix environment.
Proven ability to provide comprehensive service solutions in a competitive market with a sophisticated client base.
Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
