• フード＆ビバレッジの品質、プレゼンテーション、サービスの高基準を維持
• エグゼクティブシェフと協力し、メニューの開発・更新
• ゲストの要望やクレームにプロフェッショナルに対応
• 在庫を管理し、必要な物資を確保

応募条件：

• 同様の役職での3年以上の経験
• 高級ホテルでの経験（強く推奨）
• チーム管理スキル
• 優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力
