Our client, a renowned international hotel brand in central Tokyo, is seeking a Front Desk Agent. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele and enhance your hospitality skills in a vibrant city setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle hotel reservation management
- Provide concierge services to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests
- Communicate with guests in English
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Japanese work visa
- English proficiency of daily conversation or above
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is preferred but not mandatory
