Our client, a fast-moving company in the fashion industry, is seeking an HRBP Director to join their team in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with business leaders to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end corporate recruitment and executive hiring
- Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies with business leaders
- Act as a brand ambassador to engage top talent
- Develop job specifications and build talent pipelines
- Ensure compliance with hiring protocols and manage visa processes
- Support HR projects like recruitment technology and employer branding
- Manage headcount planning aligned with workforce strategy
- Oversee onboarding experience to enhance employee engagement
- Provide first-line support for talent acquisition inquiries
- Contribute to HR leadership discussions and labor issue resolutions
Qualifications:
- 8+ years HR experience in corporate environment
- BS or BA in HRM, Business or relevant field
- Experience in HRIS management, Workday knowledge is a plus
- Skilled in negotiation and vendor relationship management
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative approach
- Good command of spoken and written English & other Asian languages
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in executive hiring and recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in organizational development and performance management
- Experience with employer branding and onboarding initiatives
