A Fortune 150 company renowned for its technology and innovative logistics solutions, is seeking an HRBP Specialist for their dynamic IT firm. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior HRBPs and business leaders, enhancing your expertise in HR policy implementation and strategic organizational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support organizational design and personnel planning
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws
- Manage performance calibration materials and scheduling
- Develop and manage succession plans
- Conduct and manage engagement surveys
- Collaborate with business leaders on HR policy implementation
- Liaise with legal and HR compliance teams

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in HR field
- Knowledge of Japanese HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Native-level Japanese language ability
- Experience supporting stakeholders with a data-driven approach
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not mandatory
