Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR support across multiple sites or countries
- Advise leaders on aligning people strategy with business goals
- Apply and advise on local labor laws and regulations
- Resolve complex HR issues using in-depth knowledge
- Lead HR projects with manageable risks and resources
- Build consensus on sensitive HR issues

Qualifications:

- 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing (mandatory)
- Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws (mandatory)
- Experience in employee and labor relations
- Experience leading HR projects
- Experience with HRIS systems (is preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving skills
