HR Ops & HRBP (Mixed responsibility!) growing tech company
Our client are a leading tech company in the online service / internet sector, recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner & HR Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities
- - Lead HR projects related to performance management, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, compliance, talent development, and organizational design.
- - Regularly review and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- - Facilitate employee communication plans, assess employee concerns proactively, and develop effective solutions in consultation with management.
- - Support the leadership team on HR matters (including policies, procedures, employee relations, compensation, and benefits).
- - Manage HR operations from onboarding to exit
- - Ensure smooth integration of new hires and effective employee transitions.
Qualifications
- - 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- - Experience as HRBP or HR Generalist (preferred).
- - Experience in customer-service oriented company (preferred)
- - Must be fluent in Japanese
- - Knowledge of employee relations, and organizational development.
- - Recruitment experience (preferred).
