We are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Operations Manager to lead a dynamic HRIS team for a top tech company. This role involves working on global projects and delivering top-notch HR technology solutions. You will be part of a team that values curiosity and proactive problem-solving in a company known for its innovation and global reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HRIS team, guiding operations-based projects and mentoring junior members.
- Work with global HR teams to understand customer needs and explore Workday capabilities. Develop strategies to meet HRIS goals.
- Design and implement effective Workday solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Examine current business processes and systems, suggesting improvements and new strategies with leadership and technical teams.
- Ensure high-quality HRIS solutions and compliance with data security and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HRIS operations, especially with Workday.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in global project management is a plus.
- Japanese above fluent, English above business level
