The HR Operations Team Leader will manage and improve HR functions in the Japan office. You need a strong understanding of Japanese employment laws and experience in HR operations. Fluency in Japanese and English is necessary for working with both local and global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage HR team. - HR system design. - Oversee HR operations (eg. payroll, labor management, social insurance). - Ensure compliance with labor laws. - Be the expert on employment practices and legal compliance. - Conduct audits and prepare HR and payroll reports. - Manage relationships with vendors like payroll services and benefits providers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience - Understanding of Japanese labor laws compliance. - Experience in a senior HR operations role. - Must be fluent in Japanese.
