HR Manager (HRBP) - leading chemical manufacturing company

A leading chemical manufacturing is looking for an HR Manager (HRBP) to handle all HR operations within their company. This is a single contributor position, and will take care of all HR matters in the company.

Key responsibilities:

• HR Operations, including payroll & benefits and HR data collection
• HR policy localization
• Employee performance management
• HR policy review, improvement and implementation
• Taking part in yearly audit at the company's Japan factory
• Mid-career recruitment (as necessary)

This person will work closely with the President in Japan, and communicate regularly with HQ, so business/fluent English and near-native Japanese is a must.

They currently have a hybrid-working style and flextime.
