Our client are a leading company in online media, searching for a Human Resources Business Partner Director. The suitable candidate will be a strategic thinker with the capability to develop and implement effective HR strategies across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies tailored to the region.
• Coach business leaders on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and improving team dynamics.
• Lead business restructures, workforce planning, and strategic headcount decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop a hiring strategy.
• Facilitate employee development through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Oversee the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and reviews.
• Work with regional stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

• Significant Human Resources experience.
• Prior team management / leadership experience.
• Experience in IT / Consumer Technology (preferred).
• Japanese fluency is mandatory.
