We are looking for an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Manager to join a leading IT company in Japan. This role is crucial for driving business growth by providing strong HR leadership and effective talent acquisition. You must have a solid understanding of Japanese culture and labor laws and be fluent in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition:
- Use modern methods to find and attract top candidates, including on LinkedIn.
- Work with business leaders to align hiring strategies with company goals.
- Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments to ensure candidates are a good fit.
- Simplify interview processes to enhance candidate experience and gather timely feedback.
- Represent the company and promote job opportunities in Japan.
Key Responsibilities - HR Business Partnering:
- Work with leadership to align workforce plans with business goals.
- Advise on HR issues and ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws.
- Create initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Support organizational changes with solutions tailored to business and cultural needs.
- Help managers develop leadership skills and improve team management.
- Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and align with global standards.
- Oversee performance reviews and talent assessments in line with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, with expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, preferably in consulting or multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
