You will play a key role in finding and hiring top talent to support the company's growth. You will work closely with department leaders to create and implement effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment plans.
- Find potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and salaries with candidates while maintaining positive relationships.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and compliance with Japanese employment laws.
- Keep the applicant tracking system up-to-date with accurate candidate information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and a strong understanding of HR functions.
- Fluent in Japanese and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools and methodologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Japan's labor laws related to recruitment.
