Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment strategy. - Guide hiring managers and HR teams on recruitment processes and best practices in the APAC region. - Employer branding. - Lead discussions on compensation to finalize offers successfully. - Provide market insights and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Japanese communication ability. - 4+ years of experience in either in-house or RPO recruitment. - Proficiency with candidate tracking systems and recruitment processes. - Recruitment experience in the financial services sector (preferred).
