We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations, guide a skilled team, and ensure top-notch guest experiences. This role offers the chance to work in one of Tokyo's prime dining areas, surrounded by rich culinary culture and lively city life.
主要な職務内容
- - レストラン全体の運営を監督し、戦略的マネジメントと販売活動を推進
- - 30名以上のスタッフを率い、採用・育成に注力し、トレーニングやシフト管理を行う
- - 高いゲストサービス基準を維持し、運営の改善に努める
- - 予算管理、KPI、損益計算書の管理を含む財務業務を担当
- - 地域のパートナーや国際本社と緊密に連携し、円滑な運営を実現
応募資格
- - レストラン管理における3年以上の経験
- - 30名以上の従業員を管理した実績
- - Microsoft ExcelおよびPowerPointのスキル
- - ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
- - 日本語スキル
