Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations, dealing with requests, complaints, and other issues.
- Support business goals by developing, engaging, and keeping talented staff.
- Promote a positive workplace and maintain a strong company culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage health and safety efforts.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR areas like hiring, performance reviews, training, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred.
