Job Overview:

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst for a key role in financial planning and analysis within a leading FMCG company. This position offers a mix of office and remote work and requires fluency in Japanese and English. You will provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze monthly profit and loss statements, comparing them with forecasts, budgets, and past data.
- Work with different departments to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts using Hyperion.
- Oversee various profit and loss lines, focusing on Net Sales and Advertising & Promotion expenses.
- Provide insights to improve business operations, focusing on SKU-level margin reports and ROI assessments.
- Create financial reports to support management decisions using tools like Power BI.
- Ensure financial data is accurate and reliable.

Qualifications:

- Skilled in business analysis, sales forecasting, and assessing product profitability.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Power BI is a plus.
- Reports to the Japan Finance Manager.
- Collaborates with Japan's commercial team and global corporate functions.

主な職務:

- 毎月の損益計算書を分析し、予測、予算、過去のデータと比較します。
- 各部門と連携して、Hyperionを使用した年間予算と四半期予測を作成します。
- 様々な損益ラインを監督し、特にネットセールスと広告＆プロモーション費用に焦点を当てます。
- SKUレベルのマージンレポートとROI評価に重点を置いて、ビジネス運営の改善に役立つインサイトを提供します。
- Power BIなどのツールを使用して、経営陣の意思決定をサポートする財務レポートを作成します。
- 財務データが正確で信頼できることを保証します。

資格:

- ビジネス分析、販売予測、製品の収益性評価に熟練していること。
- 財務会計原則の強い理解。
- 英語と日本語の両方に堪能であること。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とチームワークスキル。
- Microsoft Excelに精通していること。ERPシステム（SAP）およびPower BIの経験があるとなお良し。
- 日本のファイナンスマネージャーに報告します。
- 日本の商業チームおよびグローバルコーポレート機能と協力します。
