Our client, a leading BNPL service company in Japan, is seeking a Head of FP&A to join their innovative FinTech team. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial initiatives and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders in a bilingual, English-speaking environment. The position offers a competitive salary of 15-20 million JPY and a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual budgets and mid-term business plans
- Monitor budget performance and provide feedback to business units
- Support economic analysis of products and collaborate with departments
- Introduce new financing methods, including securitization
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions
- Analyze market and competitor environments for strategic insights

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in consulting, investment banking, or FP&A roles
- Experience building financial models and conducting analyses
- Business-level English proficiency
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is preferred but not mandatory
