主な業務内容
- - 財務会計の管理（固定資産、ロイヤルティ、給与計算を含む）
- - 企業方針に基づく財務諸表の作成
- - 財務プロセスの効率化推進
- - 月次、四半期、年次での正確な財務締め
- - 会計管理パックおよび統合パックを含む詳細な報告書の作成
- - 外部税理士との税務申告および監査対応
- - 各部門と協力した年間予算の策定と管理
- - 月次結果や支出に関するインサイトの提供と予算目標達成の支援
- - 財務チームの指導、育成、パフォーマンス向上に注力
- - チームワークを奨励し、成長と成功を支援
応募資格
- - 会計、財務、または関連分野での学士号以上
- - 豊富な財務またはFP&A経験、IFRSの知識
- - リーダーシップとチーム管理スキル
- - 異なるチーム間での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- - 日本語流暢、ビジネスレベルの英語力
- - 日本での就労資格
- - ERPシステム（特にMicrosoft Dynamics NAV）の経験があれば尚可
