Head of Finance (Japanese fluency a MUST, 16m JPY, Hybrid)

• - Develop and implement financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• - Oversee accounting, treasury, customer credit, and internal controls.
• - Create and execute mid/long-term financial strategies.
• - Ensure accurate financial statements are publicly disclosed.
• - Manage tax matters and comply with international tax standards.
• - Oversee cash flow, capital expenditures, and liquidity.
• - Communicate with shareholders and management, and handle risks.
• - Develop short-term and long-term financial plans.
• - Advise the General Manager and regional CFO.
• - Analyze competitors to gain strategic advantages.
• - Lead and develop the finance team.

• - Strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, tax, and treasury.
• - Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• - Over 5 years of relevant financial experience or equivalent education.
• - Proven leadership skills with a strategic focus.
• - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• - Ability to work well across different functions.
• - Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
