職務内容：
- CFOを支援し、財務関連業務を遂行
- 決算、開示、監査を含む会計プロセスの管理
- 経営陣向けの報告書作成と分析を担当
- JGAAPを用いたIPO準備を含む財務プロジェクトのリード
- 金融機関とのコミュニケーションおよび投資家対応
- 予算および事業計画の作成と管理
必須スキルと経験：
- 上場企業またはIPO準備企業での財務または会計の経験
- 部門のリード経験とチーム管理の経験
- 管理会計および財務分析の知識
- 投資銀行またはコンサルティングの経験
- 財務会計原則に対する深い理解
- 積極的かつ柔軟な対応力
- 他者と協力して働く能力
