職務内容
- 財務業務の統括（子会社を含む）
- 月次・四半期・年次の管理会計レポートの作成
- 事業計画に基づく予算策定と差異分析
- 投資家向けレポートの作成と金融機関との交渉
- 経営陣への財務インサイトと推奨事項の提供
- 会計プロセスの改善とチームメンバーとの協力
- 会計システムの管理と最適化
- 税理士との連携およびコンプライアンスの確保
- 企業成長に伴う財務・会計基盤の強化
- チームの育成および将来的な拡大計画のサポート
応募資格
- 財務・会計分野での5年以上の経験
- 管理会計および予算策定での3年以上の経験
- チームの管理と目標達成における確かなリーダーシップ
- ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力
- 公認会計士（CPA）または同等の資格
- スタートアップやベンチャー環境での経験
- 資金調達時の財務デューデリジェンスの専門知識
- 英語での財務書類の作成能力
- M&Aプロセスの経験
