We are looking for a strategic leader to guide the finance and accounting transformation for a major player in influencer marketing. You will oversee financial operations, lead a team, and work with other departments to enhance financial strategies. This role offers a chance to improve processes and lead change during a time of company growth. 主な業務内容:
財務・会計部門をリードし、企業目標の達成を支援
10名以上のプロフェッショナルチームを管理し、成長と革新を促進
会計プロセスを見直し、効率向上を図る
他部門と緊密に連携し、戦略的な財務計画を策定・実行
システムをアップグレードし、業務の自動化を推進
理想の候補者プロファイル:
5年以上の財務または会計分野での経験と、チーム管理の実績
優れたコミュニケーション能力、積極的な姿勢、高いITリテラシー、財務報告や税務申告の経験
日商簿記1級以上、CPA、公認会計士資格が望ましい
エンターテインメント業界やYouTubeへの興味があり、適応力とコミュニケーション力が高い方
日商簿記1級やCPA試験に向けて勉強中の方も歓迎
