Executive House Keeper - Luxury Hotel
We are looking for a talented professional to lead the Housekeeping Department in a Luxury Hotel in the beautiful Odawara Resort area.
Tasks
- Guide and train team members and lead housekeeping operations
- Ensure high standards
- Work and negotiate with outside contractors
- Partner with Sales Team and Front Desk Team
- Department expense management
Requirements
- 5 years Housekeeping experience
- 2 years Management experience
- Languages: Fluent in Japanese / Intermediate English
