Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Commercial Director for a brand-new luxury property in Tokyo. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in pre-opening, launch, and post-launch stages of a major property.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the commercial team.
• Formulate and implement commercial strategies across various channels and market segments.
• Lead collaborative efforts across departments.
• Work with the Food & Beverage, Operations, and General Management teams to optimize revenue in all service areas.
• Develop sales and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
• Develop revenue management strategies.

Qualifications:

• At least 9 years of experience in commercial roles within the hotels / hospitality / travel industry.
• 3 years of experience in a senior leadership / management role.
• Proven ability to develop business and sales strategies.
