Finance Director (Luxury Hotel, Pre-opening)

Our client are a global hotel group recruiting a Finance Director for a new luxury property in Tokyo, currently in the pre-opening phase. You'll develop financial strategy from the ground up and lead a dedicated team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to step into a Director-level role. We welcome a variety of applications from candidates at various levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in Japan.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify financial opportunities and risks.
• Lead financial planning for the pre-opening phase, including capital investments and operational expenditures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management.
• Experience within the hotel industry.
• Team management experience.
• Experience in financial management of hotel pre-openings (preferred).
• Fluent in Japanese.
