Director of Partner Sales - IT Software (Japanese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow the partner and channel sales in Japan.
- Work with direct sales teams and regional leaders to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Create and apply local sales strategies for different regions and industries.
- Negotiate local deals in line with global standards, working with legal and finance teams.
- Work with marketing and inside sales to build strong sales pipelines.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns with partners, including training and events.
- Manage joint marketing budgets and act as the main contact for partner initiatives.
- Ensure success with partner-driven customers, promoting renewals and growth.
- Engage with senior leaders from clients and partners to close deals.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years in partner and channel sales in the tech sector.
- Proven success in consulting-led tech sales and strategy development.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets with various products and services.
- Strong business sense and ability to create win-win solutions.
- Experience in partner sales models like Sell-With, Sell-Through, and Referral.
- Self-motivated with the ability to develop and execute sales plans independently.
- Technical knowledge in tech services sales is necessary.
