Our client are a global hotel group, searching for an Assistant Director of Guest Experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the front office and guest experience teams.
- Promptly address guest inquiries and concerns; enhance guest satisfaction.
- Streamline operational processes.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with VIP guests.
- Direct and evaluate staff training.
- Work collaboratively with other department heads to ensure cohesive guest services and adherence to brand standards.
- Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to foster business growth and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Managerial experience in hotel front office.
- Luxury hotel experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Skilled in the use of relevant software systems.
- Conversational Japanese; higher levels advantageous.
