You will be managing multiple projects as part of our dynamic team. You will be solving technical issues and streamlining our processes. Experience working with enterprise solutions for an international company is an advantage.

You will be working directly with clients, so good communication is essential. You will need to be fluent in Japanese with business level English for this position.

Required Skills

  • Native level Japanese
  • Business level English
  • Experience working in technical support, engineering, IT or project management.
  • Experience supporting LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, SAML.
  • Familiarity with technologies like J2EE (using Tomcat and/or Websphere) or .NET architecture, Web Services (SOAP, XML), Configuring web servers (Apache, IIS) and the infrastructure necessary to support a dynamic website (load balancers, connecting to databases, etc), SQL and databases.
  • Knowledge of internet and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS) and tools.
  • Knowledge of web programming (Perl/shell scripting, JavaScript, ASP, JSP) and content delivery or media technologies.
  • Problem-solving ability, with a track record in proposing and implementing new solutions for customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
